At Cleo, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Cleo app and website.

Personal Data

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we collect your email address and display name to identify your account.

App Data

We store your tasks, categories, and inventory items on our servers to synchronize them across your devices.

AI Interactions

When you chat with Cleo, your message history and relevant task/inventory context are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate responses. We do not store AI conversation data beyond your current session unless you explicitly save it.

Cleo displays ads to non-premium users through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use the following data to serve and measure ads:

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

Opting out will not reduce the number of ads you see, but they will be less targeted to your interests.

We use Railway.app and secure PostgreSQL databases to store your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cleo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
