Terms of Service

By using the Cleo app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cleo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Subscription & Payments

Cleo is free to use with basic features. Cleo Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited room scans, full inventory management, and priority AI features.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly: $3.99/month
• Annual: $29.99/year

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refunds: All purchases are final and managed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Cleo for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. AI Limitations

Cleo uses Google's Gemini AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or hallucinations. Should not be used for critical safety or medical advice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
